Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to manage a 30-person production team on the missiles line at Arsenal-1 in Ohio. The role combines frontline leadership with hands-on participation on the shop floor to drive on-time delivery and safety.

You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality, maintain production data in NetSuite/JIRA, and lead daily activities to uphold quality, process standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing or supervising in a high volume production environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing fundamentals and production rate.
• Understanding of product life cycle from NPI to scaled production and ECO changes.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, instructions, and equipment specs.
• Willingness to work hands-on on the production floor when needed.
• Proven track record of training and developing production staff.
• Experience supporting equipment maintenance and 5S/Lean principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery of Anduril products through testing and delivery.
• Set daily priorities and issue/close work orders on the production floor; remove blockers.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standard work; drive safety improvements.
• Prioritize activities to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement efforts; participate in cross-functional teams.
• Maintain production system data in NetSuite/JIRA daily.
• Keep accurate inventory levels in work areas and report progress weekly.
• Provide support to engineering, supply chain, and quality teams as needed.
• Train and coach up to 30 production associates per shift.
• Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans.
