Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, distribution, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading teams or supervising others is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations
• Implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure safe use of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost goals
• Plan daily work by coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Manage training, development, performance, and corrective actions
• Conduct regular workforce meetings to improve BMS and Operational Excellence
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
