Forge North Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency in our production facilities. The role requires coordinating with teams, monitoring schedules, and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and quality.

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing are required, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/MES systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with ERP and MES systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to identify and address issues promptly.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor new employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
