Armstron World Inc. seeks a operations liaison to connect hourly manufacturing staff with the salaried support team, driving safety, efficiency, and accuracy at the board mill’s wet and dry ends.

You will help meet SQDC metrics, manage SOPs, and coach employees on equipment and processes to improve overall performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma with 5+ years of manufacturing experience or a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Candidates must have practical experience in Lean Manufacturing and the ability to implement technical systems to achieve results.

Responsibilities
