Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in project management leadership for complex operations, construction, manufacturing, or startup projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-visibility operations project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with ownership of resources, schedules, planning activities, execution efforts, and project outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across construction, procurement, SAP systems, supply chain, IT, and digital infrastructure.
• Drive startup and ramp-up plans including workforce planning, hiring, training, equipment readiness, and material deliveries.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, cost tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and priorities through meetings and platform reporting.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and develop risk mitigation plans to support delivery.
