Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an agricultural focus in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Five or more years’ experience in agriculture/manufacturing industry.
• Six Sigma preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven knowledge and experience using SAP/S4 manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and create process orders to maintain production schedules based on order priority and availability of materials.
• Assist in creating goods issues against process orders to consume inventories correctly and ensure proper material allocations.
• Lead and maintain a safe, clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on control points, equipment, and resources.
• Oversee compliance with policies and SOPs, including PSM-related reviews and operations.
