What you will do:

Manage overall location operations, including warehousing, logistics, and inventory.
Plan, direct, and oversee multi-shift distribution activities.
Supervise field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
Identify and implement process improvements, cost savings, and technology leverage.
Lead and develop a high-performing team with a cross-functional approach.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Maintain a safe work environment through standards enforcement and safety inspections.

What you will bring:

5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agriculture or related supervisory roles, education, and work experience.
