What You’ll Do

• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Direct and manage custom application work
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular safety inspections

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production, agricultural, or retail crop input industry
• CDL license required
• Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred

• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
