Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Manager, Manufacturing to lead production development, scheduling, and staffing in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with engineering and other departments to deliver on program objectives.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, hands-on experience with FDA/ISO 13485, and a proven ability to optimize workflows while mentoring a team of operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) plus related experience per the job listing.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's; or a PhD without experience.
• Experience with FDA/state regulations and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Plans for and supports the department's future needs and operations.
• Supports engagement and collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, group managers, customers, and other departments.
• Maintains and ensures compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Provides support for growth by recruiting, selecting and onboarding new operators.
• Follows processes and policies for selecting methods and techniques to solve problems.
• Maintains stable workflow processes and oversees production metrics and implements changes for optimal results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code and all company policies.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations in the US and internationally via training and knowledge.
• Represents the company professionally with ethical business practices.
