Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods for spinal implants. You will work with design, production, quality, and a variety of engineers to transfer processes into production and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes process documentation, cycle-time reduction, waste elimination, and cost-effective tooling. A bachelors in engineering and experience in regulated environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing and regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of limited scope for existing production families.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to launch new/legacy products.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for spinal implants from raw material to shipment.
