• Manage production schedules to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement staff training for skill development.
• Promote safety awareness and compliance across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean methods and quality processes.
• Oversee equipment procurement and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage department budget and expenditures as approved by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
