Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and reports shortages and incomplete orders.
• Operates standard manual and automatic equipment and tools.
• Places materials, supplies and other received goods on shelves, rack, carts or floor locations.
• Pulls parts per unit pick list and communicates short fills to internal customers.
• Receives, inspects and places on inventory all warehouse parts, materials and tools.
• Ships parts and materials per customer requests.
• Maintains a safe and orderly work environment; wears required protective safety equipment.
• Produces work meeting customer specifications and quality standards; references blueprints or drawings as needed.
• Works across different work areas or shifts with minimal supervision.
• Participates in continuous improvement programs and offers initiative.
