Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager in Hartland, WI to lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency and KPIs while guiding Lean CI initiatives and budget management.

You will oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource use, develop production teams, and partner with leadership to implement new equipment and capabilities in a growing organization. This role offers autonomy with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on machining and/or production-floor experience.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, and margins.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• ERP and production scheduling systems experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Work Schedule: 100% On-Site

Travel: Approximately 10%

Compensation: Approximately $90K/yr. DOE + Bonus Potential + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k) with up to 5% Match
