Job summary

The position emphasizes leading teams, meeting quotas, and improving processes. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in manufacturing/engineering/management or equivalent experience, with willingness to relocate for promotions and strong communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or management related field preferred or equivalent management experience
• Relocation willingness to other plant locations for promotions
• Clear and accurate written and spoken communication
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to tactfully deal with guests and team members

Responsibilities

• Oversee production to ensure efficiency and on-time order fulfillment
• Lead and motivate team members; collaborate with supervisors to meet goals
• Suggest improvements to production processes for better performance
• Maintain clean, safe production facilities and proper equipment use
• Balance inventory to maximize turnover and in-stock position
• Develop actionable plans and drive results with leadership requirements
