Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Create a culture where safety is the highest priority and every employee is empowered to address safety concerns.
• Provide visible leadership on the production floor through coaching and support of team members.
• Remove barriers that prevent employees from performing their work safely and efficiently.
• Develop supervisors and production staff through coaching, training, mentoring, and accountability.
• Foster teamwork, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure production schedules are executed to meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Lead root cause investigations and problem-solving to eliminate recurring issues.
