Job summary

The Director of Manufacturing at EMIT Technologies, Inc. leads manufacturing production and safety across operations, translating demand into execution while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, profitably, and on time.

This role provides leadership for production performance and develops systems, people, and operating discipline to support EMIT’s growth, using KPIs and floor engagement to drive safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Strong ability to use data and KPIs to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing execution and on-time delivery with focus on schedule adherence.
• Lead safety program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive throughput, productivity, and cost management.
• Manage planning, labor, equipment, and capacity to meet commitments.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Ops Excellence to improve processes.
• Develop and implement operating rhythms, standard work, and KPIs.
