Drug Plastics & Glass Company Inc. seeks a Plant Manager for our Boyertown, PA location. The role oversees all manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, quality, safety, and morale under the Director of Manufacturing. This is a salaried, Monday–Friday position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 6 years of experience in managing supervisory and production personnel in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct Manufacturing operations in the assigned plant.
• Achieve production efficiency goals and ensure high-quality output.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adherence to cGMP.
• Schedule, direct, and motivate shift personnel to meet objectives.
