Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC in Angleton, TX seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Angleton facility. You will own P&L, budgets, and manufacturing operations while developing a high-performing team and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will drive Lean initiatives, optimize production, and partner with sales and customers to grow the business, reporting to the Division President.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing a manufacturing site's P&L, annual budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Proven ability to lead and develop managers, supervisors, and manufacturing employees.
• Track record of improving operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.

Mansioni

• Own site P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead and develop the site's Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams.
• Improve production planning, scheduling, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001/13485 and FDA regulations.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime.
