Job summary

Noovo seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing to lead the Nevada facility, steering daily production, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will translate production schedules into actionable plans, optimize flow and capacity, and develop leaders across the organization.

You will drive continuous improvement, balance labor usage, manage costs, and ensure adherence to standard work and quality systems while shaping a scalable, disciplined production operation.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Leadership & Execution: oversee day-to-day production, ensure safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity targets.
• Production Planning & Schedule Attainment: translate MPS into daily/weekly plans and drive attainment.
• Production Flow & Capacity: optimize flow, identify bottlenecks, balance lines, and improve layouts.
• People Leadership & Organizational Development: build senior manufacturing leadership, coach teams and develop succession plans.
• Safety Leadership: foster a safe work culture; manage safety observations and compliance.
• Manufacturing Quality: ensure first-pass quality and adherence to drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Standard Work & Process Discipline: document, train, and continuously improve standard work across departments.
• Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: drive waste elimination and Kaizen across the organization.
• Labor Productivity & Workforce Planning: optimize staffing, tracking hours, overtime, and training.
• Manufacturing Cost: identify drivers of cost and implement improvements without compromising quality.
• Material Readiness & Inventory Discipline: ensure correct materials and traces; improve ERP transactions.
• ERP & Manufacturing Data Integrity: ensure accurate ERP data and improve routings and BOMs.
• Engineering Change & NPI Execution: manage changes with product engineering and ensure readiness for new builds.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: act as primary manufacturing interface with Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions.
