Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead the operations of all production areas at our Windsor, CT site. You will ensure safety, quality, and manufacturing standards while meeting financial targets and company expectations.

Reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, you will plan schedules, staffing, and production activities to maximize productivity. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with HR, Quality, R&D, and Engineering to achieve KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years' experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in coatings/adhesives or chemical industry.
• Proven performance in continuous improvement practices and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of all production areas to ensure safety, quality, and manufacturing standards are achieved.
• Plan and establish work schedules, staffing requirements and production activities for maximum productivity.
• Facilitate maintenance, quality, and engineering services to meet business objectives.
• Drive projects and continuous improvement to meet KPI initiatives and report results.
