Job summary

You will lead a team of supervisors and line workers, implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives, manage KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering to meet safety and quality standards, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, eng, or related field required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing ops management.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or CI methodologies.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
