Job summary

Globus Medical in Ohio announces an Associate Manager, Manufacturing role overseeing production areas to meet performance and budget goals. You will prioritize schedules by product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply, ensuring stable workflows and driving metrics with cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop staffing plans, recruit and coach operators, and maintain policy compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's, or PhD with no experience.
Proven ability to plan and manage production schedules.
Strong leadership and ability to coach direct reports.
Proficiency with MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of FDA and state regulations and ISO 13485.
Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and support the department's future needs and operations.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, group managers, customers, and other departments as needed.
Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Recruit, select and onboard new operators.
Monitor production performance metrics and implement changes for optimal results.
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and international regulations.
