Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial or related field.
• 3–5 years direct operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with new product launches is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in actions.
• Experience with high-mix/low-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and production personnel.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to maximize productivity.
• Interpret data to identify trends and support capital investments.
• Oversee production flow and adjust to meet customer demand.
• Ensure safe, on-time, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and cost reductions.
