Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or management field.
• 3–5 years of direct operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with new product launches is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Experience in high mix, low volume production environments.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production personnel across departments.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor utilization to maximize productivity.
• Interpret data to identify trends and support capital investments.
• Delegate responsibility to supervisors and leads throughout the facility.
• Monitor production output and adjust to meet customer demand.
• Direct product flow and oversee personnel and processes.
• Ensure smooth assembly flow and on-time progress to satisfy customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve strategic goals.
• Support planning, organizing, and execution of company objectives.
• Perform any additional duties as required.
