Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize production in its Sunnyvale facility. You will supervise supervisors, coordinate schedules, and drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across the department.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, ERP systems, and Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on data-driven decisions and cost reduction. On-site role with opportunities to advance Continuous Improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) and CPIM are preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data-driven production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of manufacturing supervisors.
• Ensure production schedules meet targets and budgets.
• Enforce quality control standards and continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across the department.
• Drive lean initiatives and cost-reduction projects based on data.
