Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and monitor production to meet specifications, schedules and quality targets.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales to develop schedules.
• Manage maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead two or more direct reports and allocate labor resources effectively.
• Ensure SQF procedures are followed and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
