Job summary

Luxia is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mobile, Alabama to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop schedules, coach staff, monitor performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource use and overall efficiency.

A strong leader with four+ years in manufacturing leadership, plus proficiency with MS Office and Power BI, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data-driven improvement and performance metrics.
• Experience with MS Office; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee production employees to meet targets and safety.
• Develop and monitor production schedules with other departments.
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate production staff.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE.
• Manage raw material inventories with shipping/logistics.
• Contribute to development of processes, instructions, and standards.
• Prepare and review production records and reports.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
