Job summary

WingXpand, LLC, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to drive production scheduling, build documentation, and quality control on complex, low-volume hardware for aerospace/defense applications. You will own BOM accuracy, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement across the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience running production in a low-volume, high-mix hardware environment (aerospace/defense/robotics).
• Direct ownership of work orders, routings, and production scheduling.
• Experience writing travelers, SOPs, and work instructions with inspection points.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T; ensure as-built configuration traceability.

Responsibilities

• Run daily/weekly production schedules and manage work orders.
• Create travelers, SOPs, and inspection points; maintain BOM and configuration control.
• Lead NCR, CAPA, and root cause with engineering and quality teams.
• Own BOM structure, sourcing, and supplier management.
