Job summary

ENVE Composites is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and support Supervisors and hourly teams bringing premium products to life. You’ll work with Operations leadership to implement priorities, maintain standards, and drive reliable daily production.

You will coach Supervisors, monitor staffing and performance, and ensure safety and quality procedures are followed while pursuing continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Two+ years of leading supervisors or multiple production teams.
• Experience managing daily production performance, staffing, attendance, and operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction for manufacturing operations through Manufacturing Supervisors.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, work assignments, and production coverage.
• Coach and develop supervisors while reinforcing accountability and performance expectations.
• Monitor production results, staffing levels, labor utilization, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, attendance, and company procedures.
• Address routine workforce concerns and escalate significant employee-relations matters.
