Job summary

Hyper Solutions seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly at our Anaheim facility. This hands-on leader will coordinate people, materials, and production priorities to ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule build aligned with engineering and quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing daily work, ensuring access to orders and documents, coaching on safety and quality, and maintaining on-time performance while managing resources and collaboration with other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred, especially in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and 6S is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily assembly and production work, including schedules, assignments, staffing, and production priorities.
• Ensure employees have job orders, engineering documents, inspection sheets, and other information needed to complete their work.
• Maintain a visible presence on the manufacturing floor, coaching employees and addressing safety, quality, and productivity issues as they arise.
