Job summary

finalREV is seeking a manufacturing and operations intern to help build physical systems that keep a fast-moving machine shop efficient and scalable. This role blends mechanical design, manufacturing, and software to design and implement actionable improvements in tooling storage, shop layout, and workflow.

You will work hands-on in the shop, own small projects, and communicate results with initiative and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Build better systems for tool storage and retrieval.
• Improve workflow with Gridfinity and other organization methods.
• Design and improve shop layout and operational flow.
• Organize tooling, materials, and finished goods.
• Help define the physical infrastructure that lets the shop scale cleanly.
