Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Operations Financial Analyst at an Asheville, NC plant. This full-time, onsite role reports to the Plant Finance Leader and supports multiple product lines with a focus on operational financial performance.

The position involves month-end close, forecasting, variance analysis, and active collaboration with finance and operations to drive improvements and cost efficiency. Salary range: $71,000–$105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates within 70 miles of the facility will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end close and financial forecasting in line with US GAAP.
• Analyze operational financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare variance analysis commentary for management.
• Maintain fixed asset register and track capital projects.
• Support annual profit plan data gathering and consolidation.
• Assist audits (internal, external, CSC and SOX) and participate in RIE events.
