Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive operations excellence at our California plant. You will develop and implement CI initiatives, analyze process and financial data, and lead Lean and Six Sigma efforts with front-line teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's with 4–6 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 7–9+ years, with a Master’s degree preferred. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives at the local manufacturing plant to drive operational performance.
• Creates detailed data analytics using process information and financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma to plant employees.
• Hands-on approach with front-line teams to deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities.
• Lead projects to pilot and roll out new continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with all functions to ensure CI strategy is understood and supported.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plant
• Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant
• Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities
• Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans
• Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders
• This position may require travel up to 20% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Educationand Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
