Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to bridge production operations with quality assurance, overseeing assembly, machinery operation, processing, and packaging while collaborating with shop floors to integrate quality systems with daily workflows.

The schedule runs Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM–5:00 PM. A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of manufacturing experience is required, with US work authorization. Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience with document control and ISO9001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing functions including assembly, machinery operation, processing, and packaging.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly plant reports.
• Ensure quality systems integrate with daily production workflows.
• Coordinate with Quality Gates to maintain work instructions.
• Work under supervision with guidance on new projects.
