Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions in a manufacturing facility. You will coordinate production planning, workforce administration, materials management, purchasing, and reporting to ensure efficient plant operations and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Experience with production schedules, work orders, labor reporting, inventory control, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems; JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Planning to meet production requirements.
• Monitor order status and support on-time delivery performance.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier payments; reconcile invoices.
