Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced leader to drive enterprise-wide productivity and performance across manufacturing and laboratory networks. You will embed continuous improvement, standardize best practices, and deploy Lean Labs across QC, stability, and raw materials to level demand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Business/Operations or related field.
• MS/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity and performance improvement across manufacturing and lab networks.
• Embed continuous improvement and standardize best practices.
• Deploy Lean Labs across QC, Stability, Raw Materials, leveling demand.
• Create enterprise value via COGS reduction, yield/waste reduction, and automation.
• Build dashboards and KPIs; lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Partner with IT to deploy MES and advanced analytics.
