Job summary

RRD in Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented clerical associate to perform routine, yet varied, duties on the manufacturing floor. You will record, enter and verify data from multiple sources while maintaining accurate records.

The role supports production planning and standard reporting; you will use Microsoft Office and Google Apps in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Basic knowledge of Google Applications
• Preferred previous data entry
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills must be excellent

Responsibilities

• Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• Responsible for maintaining department files
• May assist with production planning and special projects
