Responsibilities include coordinating orders, estimating production times, scheduling work, updating billing information, and providing excellent customer service to branches.

OVERVIEW

Working as Full-time Manufacturing Operations Administrator, you will support the daily operations of the facility located at 61 Barnes Industrial Park North, Wallingford, CT 06492. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing customer support to our branches
• Estimating production times
• Ordering materials
• Scheduling production
• Finding solutions to reduce waiting periods to improve business processes
• Update customer billing information

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Prior administrative work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is $55,000 - 75,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
