Job summary

Alleima Special Metals, part of the global Alleima Group, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across manufacturing. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS and support functions to identify opportunities, reduce waste, and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will identify, prioritize, and drive improvement initiatives, coach teams, standardize processes, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or quality systems management.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies; strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
Partner with department leaders to prioritize opportunities aligned with business goals.
Analyze performance data and develop metrics to track outcomes.
Coach and train employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Standardize processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Monitor and report progress on improvement initiatives.
Ensure operations follow defined, documented processes.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.
