TSG - The Sheridan Group in Minnesota is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Operating Technician for the Bindery. You'll learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the machine, with on-the-job training provided.

You'll troubleshoot minor issues, record production data, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No bindery experience? No problem—we train you to build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

• We’re looking for people who:
• Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team
• High school diploma/GED.
• It’s a plus if you have:
• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

We’re hiring 3team membersready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
