Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking three Manufacturing Operating Technicians to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment, turning concepts into tangible books and printed materials. You will be trained on setup, operation, and maintenance while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.

No bindery experience is required—we will train you. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to read basic production instructions, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and able to work well with a team.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for people who:

• Have experience operating machineryin any industry(manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)

• Show up reliably and work well with a team
• High school diploma/GED.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
