Job summary

Anderson Frank, a fast-growing manufacturing company, seeks an experienced Controller with strong NetSuite expertise to lead accounting and financial operations. You will drive cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls while mentoring the accounting team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, GAAP proficiency, and collaboration with operations to improve profitability and reporting dashboards. Onsite in Seneca, SC, reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 7+ years in accounting/finance with 3+ years in a controller leadership role.
• Manufacturing experience with cost accounting and internal controls.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience and GAAP know-how.
• Strong Excel skills and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with accurate financial statements.
• Develop internal controls and accounting policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgeting processes.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Lead ERP optimization and cross-functional process improvements.
