Mc3 Partners is seeking an experienced Controller in Fort Worth, TX to oversee all accounting and financial operations for a growing manufacturing organization. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and a robust month-end close process.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on NetSuite ERP experience and a proven track record in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and financial analysis, with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager in manufacturing.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• CPA or CMA designation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
• Analyze financial results and advise on profitability and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with operations and leadership for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements.
• Optimize processes using NetSuite to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Mentor accounting staff and foster continuous improvement.
