Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in high‑volume electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with process optimization, capacity analysis, line balancing, work measurement, material flow, and layout.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, qualifying, or improving tooling, fixtures, jigs, and workstations.
• Proficiency with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, equipment, labor utilization, cycle times, line balancing; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Perform capacity analysis and staffing recommendations to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality and cost targets.
• Design and improve tooling, fixtures, workstations, and production aids for assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
• Develop efficient production layouts, material flow, storage, and point‑of‑use presentation; improve throughput and safety.
