Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 6+ years in high-volume electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with process optimization, capacity analysis, line balancing, work measurement, material flow, and layout.
• Hands-on tooling, fixtures, jigs, and production workstation design/improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput and stability.
• Perform capacity analysis and recommend staffing, workstation and line configurations.
• Design, qualify, and improve tooling, fixtures, and production aids for assembly.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for defects.
• Develop efficient layouts and optimize material flow for safety and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and cost.
• Support quality, control plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
