Job summary

The Mechanic Manufacturing II at CONA Services LLC in Charlotte is responsible for repairing and maintaining all assets in the production facility. You will respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform planned and unplanned work to keep the line running smoothly and safely.

You will execute preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines, troubleshoot issues, read blueprints, and apply design improvements to boost overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related work experience or 2 years of college/technical training.
• Experience with PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and locate sources of problems.
• Document work orders, parts usage, and inventory.
• Improve production efficiency through design changes.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and comply with procedures.
