Job summary

CONA Services LLC seeks a Mechanic Manufacturing I Trainee to repair and maintain production assets in our facility. You’ll respond to breakdowns, perform planned and unplanned maintenance, and uphold a safe, clean work environment. The program unfolds in four structured phases to build full competency.

Eligible candidates start with a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 years’ experience, with no college degree required at hire; pass a mechanical aptitude test is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 0–3 years of work experience.
• Structured 18‑month program with four learning phases.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on beverage production equipment and machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and repair equipment promptly.
• Monitor equipment speeds, temperatures, and liquid levels.
• Document work orders and parts usage accurately.
• Collaborate with trainer and supervisor to meet milestones.
