Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the materials function within Hingham ATS manufacturing site, balancing capacity and workloads.
• Establish and maintain world-class customer service and supplier performance.
• Lead supply chain activities including supplier selection criteria based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Develop and implement automated re-order procedures and crisis contingency programs.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and just-in-time stocking.
• Oversee S&OP processes and integrate materials availability with production planning.
• Coordinate engineering changes, substitutions, and market demand for products.
• Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and talent management.
