Flexcraft is seeking a Material Handler – Manufacturing in New Jersey to support production with raw material supply and material handling. The role involves operating scanners and pallet jacks, and coordinating with manufacturing teams on a 12-hour, set shift schedule.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, with overtime based on business needs. This hands-on position offers growth opportunities and requires attention to safety and organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required or equivalent.
  • 2+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using scanners, pallet jacks, and basic equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Keep machines supplied with raw materials to prevent downtime.
  • Scan materials and move finished goods to correct locations.
  • Monitor blenders, grinders, and equipment and report issues.
  • Support changeovers and startup preparation.
  • Perform line clearances and verify materials.
  • Move finished products to staging and prepare for shipment.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow FIFO, GMP, and standard work instructions.
  • Help the team where needed, including covering breaks.

Material Handler – Manufacturing
$20.00-$25.00/hr (+ $3/ hour night Shift Differential)
12-Hour Shifts | Set Schedule | Every Other Weekend is a 3 Day Weekend.
  • Set 2-2-3 schedule (know your days off ahead of time)
  • Every other weekend off
