Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead high-volume server and electronics manufacturing operations in Whitsett, NC. The role drives Lean/process improvements while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years of supervisory leadership, with a background in high-volume electronics, server, PC, or tech manufacturing, plus knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and ERP/SAP/WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years leading supervisors and production teams.
• Experience in high-volume electronics, server, PC, or technology manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SAP/ERP/MES/WMS is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills.

Shift: 2nd Shift - (Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)

Pay rate: $50/hr on W2.
